FNE at T-Mobile New Horizons Polish Days: You Will Never Know

    WROCŁAW: You Will Never Know by Jan Kidawa-Błoński, tells the story of a young woman who shelters a young Jewish woman during WWII, and the obsessive bond that grows between them.

    The film was shot in August and September 2011 on location in Warsaw and Radom and produced by theDocumentary and Feature Film Production Company (WFDiF, www.wfdif.com.pl ). WFDiF representatives told FNE that the total budget was 4.9 m PLN (1.1 m EUR), with 2,449,000 PLN from the Polish Film Institute (www.pisf.pl) and 600,000 PLN from the Mazovia Film Fund (www.mff.mazovia.pl ).

    Jan Kidawa-Błoński is a director, screenwriter, and producer whose previous credits include Little Rose (WFDiF, 2010).
