VIENNA: The Austrian cinema chain Cineplexx will build eight cinemas with 50 screening salles in Romania.
The first three cinemas are expected to open by the end of 2019.
The company plans to spend 25 m EUR in Romania.
Cineplexx, which was founded in 1993, already has a strong presence in CEE, with cinemas in Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia.
