CIRCLE Women Doc Accelerator 2021 Kicks Off Online

    BELGRADE: Twelve participants from all over the world are taking part in the 4th edition of CIRCLE Women Doc Accelerator, whose first module started online on 8 June and will wrap on 25 June 2021.

    Participants will develop their documentary projects and careers during the three-module training programme addressing female-identifying directors and producers of documentaries. The first module was supposed to take place in Serbia and Croatia, but due to the pandemic it is being held online.

    The second module will take place in Tivat (Montenegro) from 24 to 28 September 2021, while the third module will be held on 3 January 2022, during the industry event When East Meets West, within the Trieste Film Festival.

    The participants include Serbian director and producer Maja Medić, Lithuanian producer Andreja Cebataviciute, and Cordelia Dvorák – director/producer/writer from Germany/Slovenia.

    The Polish marketing and publicity strategist Joanna Solecka, Georgian director Salomé Jashi, Romanian producer and scriptwriter Bianca Oana and Croatian producer Vanja Jambrović are among the experts mentoring during the first module.
