VALLETTA: Wevr, a creative development and production studio specialising in interactive, immersive experiences, based in Los Angeles, has announced the establishment of its European subsidiary in Malta.
As part of the expansion, Wevr will grow its global Talent Network by establishing a Talent Residency programme in Malta.
Wevr is partnering with Malta Enterprise, Gaming Malta and the Malta Film Commission to attract international artists, designers, and developers.
Current Wevr collaborations in the EU include Stargate Studios (Malta), Cyan Planet (Czech Republic) and Cibo Studio (Italy).
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region. The webportal and FNE newswire was chosen as the MAIN TOOL to achieve the network’s objectives of the sharing of know how, visibility of regional cultural diversity and finally the VOICE of the region.
FNE’s objectives include VISIBILITY for the region and AUDIENCES for films by providing a special focus on the region.
