FESTIVALS: Krakow IFF 2014 Winners

    KRAKOW: Domino Effect and its directors Elwira Niewiera and Piotr Rosołowski were the big winners at the 54th Krakow IFF which concluded on 31 May 2014.

    The film won the top prizes in both the international music documentary competition and the national competition of Polish films.

    Also performing well was Jan P. Matuszyński’s film Deep Love which won best documentary film in the national competition and a student jury award. Both films were produced by Otter Films.

    The Dragon Forum pitching award went to Wojciech Kasperski for Ikona and the special mention went to Eliza Kubarska for Droga na K2.
