PRODUCTION: New Matej Minac project A History of a Film Never Shot in Development

    {mosimage}BRATISLAVA: Slovak filmmaker Matej Mináč (All My Loved Ones, Nicky's Family) is developing a docu comedy based on real life events and retracing the history of his unfulfilled dream to finish a portrait on Federico Fellini that he began in 1989.

    Historia filmu, ktony sa nikdy nenakrutil/A History of a Film Never Shot is the history of a film never done and also a declaration of love to the great Italian master. The film is produced by Patric Pass with his Bratislava based company Trigon Production (www.trigon-production.sk) together with W.I.P, the company of Matej Mináč. The film is supported by the Slovak Audiovisual Fund (www.avf.sk). The budget is 1,197,000 Euro, representatives of Trigon Production told FNE.

    Shooting will take place Italy and in the Slovak Republic next year. The premiere is set for 2014.
