Special sections this year include a selection of recent HBO productions; a profile of Czech documentary filmmaker Helena Třeštíková with a master class and screenings of two of her recent films; and premieres of new films by Miro Remo and Jaro Vojtek.

Cinematik iss also the Slovak partner of Eye on Film, the international platform of film distribution companies and festivals launched by WIDE Management, and will screen a selection of five films.
