BUDAPEST: The 11 m EUR largest virtual film studio in Central and Eastern Europe, whose foundation stone has recently been laid in Fót, near Budapest, will be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
The new studio financed by the Visual Europe Group Hungary will add to three other smaller virtual studios in Hungary in satisfying the increasing demand for virtual studio technology.
The new construction is also adding to the National Film Institute’s studios, whose construction started in Fót in 2021 and is set to wrap by the first half of 2024.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region. The webportal and FNE newswire was chosen as the MAIN TOOL to achieve the network’s objectives of the sharing of know how, visibility of regional cultural diversity and finally the VOICE of the region.
