Production: Claude Lelouch shooting Ces amours-là in Romania

    French maestro Claude Lelouch began filming his 45th film, Ces amours-là on June 8 at MediaPro Studios in Romania, with shooting scheduled to last for two months in Bucharest and Beaune, France.

     

     

    Audrey Dana plays the main character, a woman who remembers her previous romances with two French men, two Americans and one German. The film follows her over 20 years, between 1940 and 1960.

    The cast includes Dominique Pinon, Anouk Aimée, Judith Magre, Christine Citti, Jacky Ido, Salomé Lelouch and the singer Raphael, along with vintage Lelouch footage of former film stars.

    Francis Lai composed the original theme song of the film. The rest of the soundrack by Laurent Couson.

    The film is produced by the French company Les Films du Kiosque (www.filmsdukiosque.fr), and the budget is €7.5 million, not including €25 million invested in sequences shot during the last 40 years. MediaPro Pictures (www.mediapropictures.com) is providing with services.

    Ces amours-là is to be released in 2010.
