BELGRADE: Serbian dramedy That’s It For Today / Za danas toliko by Marko Đorđević reached no. 1 in Serbia with 11,194 admissions during the course of the second week and overall 21,249 admissions, grossing  91,078 EUR / 10,666,853 RSD.

MCG Megacom Film released the film in Serbian cinemas on 28 March 2024 and at the moment it is being distributed in 38 prints.

It may seem as a mild score when compared with the results of recent Serbian blockbusters, but a genuine art house film at the top of the charts is a true rarity for Serbia.

By baking his favourite dessert – coconut cubes, siblings manage to lure their eldest brother back home. Time seems to cease to exist, and a tale of happy people unfolds. Seemingly ordinary summer days turn extraordinary. In love with life, they elevate reality above the ground, dispersing all dark clouds with their joyous spirit.

Marko Đorđević penned the script and also edited the film, and the cast includes: Filip Đurić, Ivana Vuković, Nikola Rakočević, Goran Bogdan, Miona Pejaković and Milića Jovanović.

The film was produced by Altertise in coproduction with Cinnerent, Digital Goblen and Stiglitz Productions, with support from Film Center Serbia and the Audio-visual Centre of the Republic of Srpska. Miloš Pušić is the producer and Ivica Vidanović and Đorđe Vranješ are the coproducers of the film.

Marko Đorđević’s sophomore feature premiered in the main competition of the 52nd FEST (23 February - 3 March 2024) in Belgrade, where it received the award for best actress (Ivana Vuković ) as well as the Politika Award for Best Serbian Film.
