TALLINN: The 15 projects selected for the Baltic Event Co-Production Market 2023 include many debuts as well as sophomore features and promising stories from award-winning directors.

BELGRADE: The historical drama The Duke and the Poet / Sto se bore misli moje directed by Milorad Milinkovic has been selected as Serbia’s candidate for the 96th Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences award in the Best International Feature Film category.

BERLIN: The Green Border by Agnieszka Holland and Housekeeping for Beginners by Goran Stolevski are among the five titles nominated for the European University Film Award (EUFA).

BERLIN: The International Association of Arthouse Cinemas (CICAE) invites cinemas and film fans from around the world to join the European Cinema Day for the eighth time, on 12 November 2023.

PODGORICA: Montenegrin director Nikola Vukčević is currently in production with the long documentary The Sample: Return of Janko Nilović / THE SAMPLE: Povratak Janka Nilovića, which is supported by the Film Centre of Montenegro.

LIMASSOL: The 13th International Short Film Festival of Cyprus, which will be held in Limassol 7 - 13 October 2023, will screen 45 films in the International Competition and 11 films in the National Competition.
