Jacek Bromski joins the National Development Council

    WARSAW: Acclaimed Polish director and President of the Polish Filmmakers Association Jacek Bromski has joined the National Development Council created by the Polish President Andrzej Duda. Bromski will be a Member of a special section of the Board devoted to the issues of culture, national identity and history policy.

    President Duda established a new advisory caucus, the National Development Council, aimed at creating the possibility
    of an essential debate about Poland's development and future as well as defining the key challenges and dangers of the country’s social-economic development. The Board will consist of exceptional representative academics and specialists from a range of disciplines as well as chiefs of trade unions and representatives of employers.

    The culture, national identity and history policy section is headed by Andrzej Nowak and includes Paweł Bortkiewicz, Dariusz Gawin, Filip Musiał, Dariusz Stola and Bronisław Wildstein.
