Agnus Dei Will Hit Finnish Cinemas

    WARSAW: Anne Fontaine's drama Agnus Dei will be released in Finland on 20 January 2017. The film, co-financed by the Polish Film Institute, had more than 720,000 admissions in France and was sold to almost 20 territories.

    Cinema Mondo will release the film in Finland under the title Vattomat.

    According to the Polish Film Institute, Agnus Dei has already been released in Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, Spain, Norway, the USA and France, and it has also been sold to Canada, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Switzerland, Colombia and the UK.

    Kino Świat released the film in Poland on 11 Mach 2016.

    Agnus Dei was produced by Eric and Nicolas Altmayer of Mandarin Cinema together with Philippe Carcassone in coproduction with Eliza Oczkowska and Klaudia Śmieja through Poland’s Aeroplan Film. The film was also coproduced by Mars Films, France 2 Cinéma and Scope Picture (Belgium). It was supported by the Polish Film Institute and Film Commission Poland.
