photo: Wiktor Sarnik, KFFKRAKOW: To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Polish animation, veterans Witold Giersz and Daniel Szczechura will be awarded the 20th Dragon of Dragons award during the 57th Krakow Film Festival, set to take place from 28 May to 4 June 2017.
An extensive selection of films by both laureates and meetings with them will be organised during the festival.
The Dragon of Dragons award is granted for significant influence on the development of the world cinema. The prize is awarded by the Krakow Film Foundation Programme Council.
