BELGRADE: A forty-episode TV series Morning Changes Everything is currently in production in Serbia. The first four episodes of this Serbian/Bosnian coproduction were screened within the Sarajevo Film Festival’s Avant Premiere programme last week.
The series follows a year in the lives of four 30-something Belgradians. After spending a year in the U.S., Filip, a promising electrical engineering student returns to Belgrade for a short visit, but ends up staying longer than intended. Filip’s visit will bring him together with his old friends Ljubo, Anđela and Aleksandra.
The series is directed by Goran Stanković, Vladimir Tagić and Milica Tomović and it was scripted by Maja Pelević, Milan Marković, Dimitrije Kokanov, Filip Vujosević, Boris Grgurović, Vladimir Tagić and Goran Stanković. The massive cast is led by Nikola Rakočević, Jovana Stojiljković, Andrija Kuzmanović and Isidora Simijonović.
Morning Changes Everything is a coproduction between Radio Television Serbia (RTS) and Radio Television of Republika Srpska (RTRS) of Bosnia and Herzegovina with Snežana Van Hauwelingen coproducing through This and That Productions.
The 122 shooting days started in April 2018 and will continue till 7 September 2018. The series is expected to air in the autumn of 2018.
